My inner critic, who I call, “Coach”, always wants me to be the best I can be.
This life, the one I have now and have always had, is enough, even if it is all there is.
Asking an overwhelmed person, “What can you let go of?” will raise up one of two answers, 1) Nothing or 2) a list of small things that can possibly move around.
